Trump considers Romney as top US diplomat
President-elect Donald Trump greets former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney in February. Nevertheless, with the way speculation on Trump’s nominees has changed from day to day over the past week, Romney’s chances at this point seem as good as anyone’s. The Associated Press, citing a senior Trump official, said Flynn is being offered the national security adviser job that will give him direct access to the Oval Office.
Romney chastised Trump for proposing a ban on all foreign Muslims entering the United States. Romney also tweeted “Best wishes for our duly elected president”.
