Trump defends Putin on journo deaths, asks media to ‘prove it’
Christmas appears to have come early for Presidential candidate Donald Trump as he basked in the praise received from Russian President Vladimir Putin while on the campaign trail in Iowa Saturday. You’re supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, at least in our country. He’s always denied it. He’s never been proven that he’s killed anybody.
Last week, Putin described Trump as “bright and talented”.
Russian President Vladimir Putin talks about his daughters during a televised conference. “They say, ‘He killed reporters.’ I said, ‘Really?” “But this isn’t like somebody that’s stood with a gun and he’s taken the blame or he’s admitted that he’s killed”. “Trump told supporters at a rally in Columbus, Ohio, “It is always a great honor to be so nicely complimented by a man so highly respected within his own country and beyond”.
“Nobody has been able to back that up”. Nemtsov had just told the Western press that in his eyes, Russian Federation was drowning under Putin’s leadership and was on its way to becoming a fascist state, and he condemned what he called the “mad, aggressive and deadly policy of war against Ukraine”. “Not just complaining and name-calling about who started this and who started that”, she added. “I think that my words represent toughness and strength, ” he said. Hillarys not strong. Hillarys weak, frankly.
“He’s running his country, and at least he’s a leader, you know, unlike what we have in this country”, Trump said. Last week he said German chancellor Angela Merkel was “ruining Germany” with her stance on the refugee crisis in Europe, after she was named Time magazine’s person of the year.
He also mocked Clinton for returning to the debate late following a commercial break. Trump doubled down on his position Sunday as ABC anchor George Stephanopoulos confronted him on the issue. I think much of what he says are lies or gross distortion of reality, ” Sanders said. He called him a “pathological liar” for continuing to insist the debunked accounts of thousands of Muslims celebrating in New Jersey on September 11.
The announcement went on to sarcastically add, “Trump said he picked Putin to be his vice-president for his strong approach to dealing with dissent, flexible approach to democracy, rule of law and the Constitution, and his willingness to regularly violate other countries’ territorial integrity in blatant violation of worldwide law if it suited his aims”. There are three areas of interest that deserve inquiry-the question of US relations with Russian Federation; the matter of Putin’s approach to ruling Russian Federation; and the lessons in political discourse posed by the exchange.
