Trump fires Bush for using mom in campaign ad
Maybe 41 isn’t physically up to it nowadays, or maybe Jeb’s mindful of the fact that previous Bushes have fared poorly in New Hampshire. Hillary Clinton, Chris Christie, Marco Rubio, and John Kasich have all called for a “no-fly zone” to counteract President Bashar al-Assad-a precursor to “regime change”, without the years-long commitment the latter term implies.
But the man, who said he’d seen 21 candidates as well as three Bush events this cycle, persisted. “You don’t do this in your town halls, attack the other candidates”. “I think that’s fantastic”.
Trump and Texas Sen. Nor did Ted Cruz.
Bush has tried to shift that momentum upward by attacking Trump on a variety of issues, but nothing seems to be working for the Floridian’s campaign. “It is not a sign of strength when you insult Hispanics”. “(Or) when you say that a prisoner of war is a loser because they got caught”. “I’d like to see the campaign actually unleash her on Trump”.
While Trump has all the money he could ever dream of because of his self-funded campaign, Cruz has had to raise the money himself, and now that his chances are getting better every day, more are willing to give to his campaign.
“The result is the anger and frustration that people are feeling now”, the Florida senator said, echoing the feelings of Trump’s supporters and populist message. Rand Paul, former CEO Carly Fiorina and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum and businesswoman Carly Fiorina for the first time. Rather than talking about how popular they are, how great they are. But he couched his support by saying another championship ring for Patriots quarterback Tom Brady might inspire him to retire and thus weaken the Dolphins’ AFC East rival. It’s the sort of thing someone says when they think there are superior candidates out there, but they’ve chosen not to compete. “I think it’s OK, I’m not that politically correct about this”. Or maybe Jeb’s saving him for the final week in New Hampshire?
Barbara Bush also released a handwritten letter asking people to support her second-eldest son’s presidential run and admitting to not always being supportive of his bid, herself.
