Trump Releases Medical Information In Doctor’s Letter
Trump’s appearance on “The Dr. Oz Show” came shortly after his wife, Melania, released a letter from her immigration attorney denouncing suspicions that she worked in the country illegally in 1995.
He went on to criticize Clinton’s comments, calling them “shocking”.
Trump also reportedly had some surprising comments about his exercise regimen and eating habits, per NBC’s Jesse Rodriguez.
The fact that Trump’s physician’s letter references “stamina” is significant because it’s a word the Republican presidential nominee has regularly used in attacking Clinton. Pence also noted Trump’s speech later Tuesday in Philadelphia, where Trump plans to roll out proposals to make child care more affordable for working families. The Democratic nominee’s own health has been under scrutiny as she’s been recovering from a bout of pneumonia.
But since she stumbled leaving a 9/11 commemoration ceremony on Sunday morning, Trump has been careful not to question Clinton’s health directly.
The other “basket”, she said, is made up of people who feel the government has “let them down” and are “desperate for change”.
“I’m not really sure why the media keeps bringing up David Duke’s name”. “I want to ask him pointed questions about his health”. Trump has declared Flint’s water problems “a horror show” and said “this is a situation that would have never happened if I were president”. On Monday night, CNN’s Wolf Blitzer gave Pence a “deplorables” litmus test by saying that while the Clinton campaign wouldn’t specify how many of Trump’s supporters they believed were actually “deplorables”, there were, arguably, a few Trump supporters who were openly bigoted.
Trump was poised to bring up the comment again at a rally in Des Moines, Iowa, on Tuesday, his aides said, as he campaigns in the Midwestern swing state for votes at the November 8 election.
The letter follows his Hillary Clinton’s release of more medical details on Wednesday.
There is no doubt that Trump appeals to some people who have objectionable views on race relations, equal pay for women, gay rights, worldwide relations and Islam.
“We will be one people, under one God, supporting one American flag”, he said, earning a standing ovation from the hundreds of National Guard members in attendance.
Donald Trump weighs 236 pounds, stands 6-foot-3, has normal cholesterol and blood pressure levels, and is healthy enough to serve as president, his campaign said in a one-page summary on a recent physical.
Wednesday’s interview comes as the health of both Trump and his opponent, Hillary Clinton, have taken center stage in the 2016 election.
Trump thanked the supporters as they exited the stage, saying, “These people are so representative of people throughout our country,”
I regret saying “half”-that was wrong.”
