Trump says he’ll do away with gun-free zones

Reiterating a promise to get rid of gun-free zones on military bases, Trump added that he will also “get rid of gun free zones in schools” on his first day in office.
As Obama discussed his executive actions aimed at expanding background checks during a CNN-hosted town hall in Fairfax, Virginia, Trump berated the existence of “gun-free zones” and touted the benefits of law-abiding citizens carrying a gun.
Running through a list of recent massacres from California to Paris, Trump told the crowd he’d if elected, saying, “Now, you know what a gun-free zone is to a sicko? You know it’s about 10 degrees below zero outside”, he called from the stage. He says he’s insulted by Trump’s visit to Vermont.
