Trump supports birth control without a prescription
The letter from Trump’s long-time doctor, Harold N. Bornstein, lists Trump’s weight, cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar and other numbers.
A statement released by the Trump campaign on Thursday said they were pleased to disclose the test results from a physical examination of Trump that took place last Friday.
In the end, Trump’s big health reveal amounted to the interview with Oz and the release of a one-page letter from his long-time doctor, the same one who wrote previous year that Trump “will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency”.
“According to the letter, Trump is 6’3” tall and weighs 236 pounds.
“He takes a lipid lowering agent (rosuvastatin) and a low dose aspirin”, the letter said.
It adds that he does not use tobacco or consume alcohol – abstention he has attributed in the past to the death of his older brother Freddy due to alcoholism. “This study was reported within the range of normal”, said Dr Bornstein, who has been personal physician of Trump since 1980.
Following Hillary Clinton’s pneumonia scare, Donald shared his medical information on ‘The Dr. Oz Show.’ During the visit, Donald admitted he needs drugs to control his cholesterol – does this mean he has a bad heart?
Trump said that when you’re running for president, “you have an obligation to be healthy” because the job requires it.
It comes after Mr Trump revealed his weight on U.S. television, admitting he is overweight for his height.
Clinton is set to return to the campaign trail today after a three-day absence, and her physician wrote that she is “recovering well with antibiotics and rest”.
“Too many to count” is the correct answer, but for now we’ll content ourselves with Trump’s belief that he looks and feels just as young as his good friend Tom Brady. “A lot of times, these rooms are very hot, like saunas, and I guess that’s a form of exercise, you know?”
In the letter Trump teased on The Dr. Oz Show – before handing it to Oz, Trump asked the studio audience whether he should hand it over, and did so after they cheered – Bornstein said Trump has only been hospitalized once, as a child when he had a routine appendectomy. But Trump said he wasn’t bothered by the interruption because “everyone plays their games”. If elected, Trump would be the nation’s oldest first-term president. He had also written a letter on Trump’s health last month.
In 2003, speaking to radio host Howard Stern, Trump said his daughter had “the best body”; in 2006 on The View he said “if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her”.
