TSA Doesn’t Think TNT Wedding Gifts Are Cute
A checked bag containing party favors for a wedding that looked like fake explosives prompted a 20-minute evacuation at the Denver global Airport last month.
They determined that while the wax and fuses were on bottles that said TNT, inside was just bath salts and the bottles were wedding favors.
It’s kind of a cute gag, unless you’re the TSA agents checking bags in a screening room at the Denver worldwide Airport.
Here’s wishing the couple a happy life together – and hoping the only fireworks at their wedding came during their first kiss, not their first flight.
TSA posted the photo to Instagram to remind travelers to be mindful of what they bring onto planes.
The TNT label, which likely prompted the evacuation, represents the first initial of both the bridge and groom. Each bottle had to be cleared before the airport could resume activity.
