If today is your birthday, first off, happy birthday. To add their birth date, birth month, or the birth year separately to their profiles, users simply have to select the “Edit Profile” option on the social network and add the details.

Of course your birth date is also a major piece of demographic information that advertisers would love to have access to.

Followers can also realize that it’s your birthday.

Actor and comedian Kevin Hart now includes his birthday in his profile.

It is important to note that, even though you can opt to display your date of birth on your Twitter profile, several privacy layers are still in place.

Birthday Celebration More For Ads? Regardless of that, it will open the floodgates for “more relevant content, including advertisements”. The balloons only drift upward on your first visit or when you refresh the page.
