UFC Fight Night 74: Holloway vs. Oliveira Results
Fast-rising featherweight contenders Max Holloway and Charles Oliveira will lock horns in the UFC Fight Night “Holloway vs. Oliveira” main event on Sunday at the SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

The 23-year-old Holloway has won six straight fights with his last loss coming to Conor McGregor at UFC Fight Night 26 in April 2013. In the co-main event, Brazilian Erick Silva seeks to continue his rise to UFC welterweight (170 pounds) supremacy, riding a two-fight win streak while holding six performance-of-the-night bonuses.

The public notoriety and global exposure that follows the likes of McGregor certainly eludes a quiet punisher like “Blessed”, but another marquee main event this weekend will give Holloway the opportunity to generate his own fortune. That’s being happy in second place or being a loser. Either way, it should be an exciting fight. “I fought Swanson when I was injured and I shouldn’t have but I wanted to”. I’m in no way calling that victory a fluke but I think Valerie Letourneau has far too much experience for the Ukrainian. But for Oliveira, the ground is where he does his best work. But right now it’s Charles Oliveira this Saturday. This includes a more than worthy 76.6 percent takedown defense and an evolving grappling game that is heightened by the Hawaiian’s natural dexterity, scrambling ability, and an offensively clad guard. Silverio looks exhausted, Campbell starting to turn up the pressure. The Holloway’s are moving on up.
“I can’t sit over here and say he (McGregor) is not the real deal”, Holloway said to MMA OddsBreaker. I think Oliveira may have problems with the movement and angles of Holloway.
