UFC’s Ronda Rousey to star in biopic based on her memoir
Written by Rousey with her sister Maria Burns Ortiz, the book is an inspirational story celebrating the accomplishments of Rousey, who faced extraordinary challenges on her path to glory.
UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey of the United States rushes forward against Bethe Correia.
“Yeah, I’d like to put her on that card, and that card is probably going to be in Dallas, Texas”, White said, as stated by Yahoo Sports. Justino, however, is signed to Invicta where there are five weight classes – including featherweight (145 pounds), which she typically fights at. A million dollars at most per fight? “It’s not very eloquently said but it’s to the point and maybe that’s just what I am”.
Prior to defeating Correia on Saturday, Rousey promised to take down her Brazilian challenger, wipe the floor with Miesha Tate (whom she previously defeated in 58 seconds back in 2013) and begin shooting Mile 22 in January. She had said she would be fighting for him. “I hope this is the last time”. “I fight in the UFC, in the 135-pound division”. Rousey shares hard-won lessons on how to be the best at what you do, including how to find fulfillment in the sacrifices, how to turn limitations into opportunities, and how to be the best on your worst day. “She can fight at 145 pumped full of steroids or she can make the weight just like everybody else without them”. When she lost, it was because of drugs. And with the fighter not only winning in the ring, but winning some starring roles in big budget franchises, it makes a bit of sense to see an autobiographical film now.
“I grew up thinking that because my body type was uncommon, it was a bad thing”, she told Cosmo. I think it’s femininely badass as f- because there’s not a single muscle on my body that isn’t for a objective because I’m not a do nothing b-.
