UFC’s Tony Ferguson Says ‘Conor McGregor’s Next’

The third cancellation of a fight with Nurmagomedov has disappointed Ferguson, but it hasn’t put paid to his hunt of McGregor’s lightweight crown. He was treated and has been discharged, UFC officials confirmed.

“OK? You’re going to make whatever you’re going to make, and if you’re a good champion, your fight sells, and you’re going to do pay-per-views and be part of the pay-per-view. The UFC hasn’t decided whether to reschedule the bout”.

The scheduled interim lightweight championship bout between Nurmagomedov and Tony Ferguson at UFC 209 has been cancelled on the doctor’s recommendation.
