Unforced Error: Hillary Clinton Laughs at Voter Who Wants to ‘Strangle’ Carly
Hillary Clinton has made her steadfast feminism a cornerstone of her campaign, but apparently that sisterly love don’t extend to the other side of the aisle.
In response, an amused Clinton laughed loudly to applause from the room. Clinton’s testimony in the Benghazi committee was seen as especially helpful to Clinton at the time, and had many in the press claiming that she “won” the event.
Clinton’s strong statements are an attempt to placate veterans, who are furious at remarks she delivered while on MSNBC with Rachel Maddow. I think – you know, I don’t take umbrage with him. Clinton hurriedly put together a VA solution to give veterans VA insurance that they could use with private providers.
“Hillary Clinton asked myself and County Executive Poloncarz and others to go out and travel with her, for her, to talk about our experiences with her in other states across the country”, Mayor Brown said.
“She laid off over 40,000 people”.
As secretary of state, Clinton advocated for a more aggressive US role in the Syrian conflict and has called for a no-fly zone over the area, a move the Obama administration opposes.
Then she suggested that reporters had a more lukewarm reaction to the comment, then they would have had Clinton been a Republican. She said within the first 30 days of taking office she would convene the defense secretary and VA secretary for regular meetings and there would be “zero tolerance” for abuses and delays within the system.
Conservative host Sean Hannity said this was an example of the “double standard in the way conservative women are treated versus liberals like Hillary Clinton”.
In an interview with WABE, Isakson took aim at Clinton’s accusations that Republicans want to “privatize the VA”. John McCain to reform that VA.
“Republicans, led by McCain, responded that Clinton lacked an appreciation for the crisis facing veterans’ health care” and urged her to apologize.
Without Biden, long-shot candidate and former Maryland governor Martin O’Malley has seen an increase in poll numbers, a NY Times/CBS News poll found Thursday.
