University of MI tops Ohio State in annual blood drive

Ohio State made a powerful argument for its own playoff hopes this past weekend, having defeated archrival MI for the 11th time in 12 meetings.

No. 2 Ohio State beat No. 3 MI 30-27 in Saturday’s game. Regardless if it’s Oklahoma or Oklahoma State, it will be a top 10 team with only two losses.

While Week 13 in the Big 12 had no important matchups from a national perspective, there was some major news out of the conference. Houston completely removed itself from contention by losing to Memphis.

Ohio State passes it’s final regular season test. The victor will claim the Big 12 title and could potentially have a shot at the playoff with some help elsewhere. Rather, it is charged with putting the four best teams in the playoff.
