VA storm cloud goes viral for looking like Michael Jackson
The local station uploaded Plashal’s photograph on Wednesday, June 24 onto its Facebook page, one day before the anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death.
Daily News reported that some fans of the “King of Pop” declare that they could see Michael Jackson performing his signature dance move in the photo.
A storm chaser snapped a photo of what fans are claiming is Michael Jackson moonwalking in the clouds just two days before the sixth anniversary of the star’s death.
It looks like the music icon is still moonwalking in Heaven.
“It wasn’t even my favorite picture that I took”, the photographer, John Plashal, told U.S. Today.
Six years after Michael Jackson died of cardiac arrest, the king of pop made an unusual “appearance” in an unlikely place during a June 23 lightning storm.
Plashal told CBS: ‘I was at the pool with friends. The shot went viral on social media, and commenters started pointing out the resemblance. But, “I see it now”, he says.
“It’s pretty wild”, Plashal said, according to ET.
Using radarscope, a storm chasing app, the recreational photographer states he set up his camera and tri-pod with the hope of capturing some images of the storm.
