Vegas police investigating Chris Brown for alleged battery

An allegation of battery has been made against R&B singer Chris Brown, prompting an investigation by Las Vegas police, the Associated Press reported Saturday.

Wherever Chris Brown goes, trouble seems to follow. After the woman took Brown’s picture, he punched her in the right eye.

Law enforcement officers have confirmed they are investigating the claims and Chris is the main suspect.

She was not taken to the hospital, but did call the cops a few hours after the alleged incident occurred.

Details of police pursuing Brown for allegedly punching the victim have surfaced online.

In 2009, Chris was charged with two counts of felony assault after beating up his then-girlfriend, Rihanna. The singer pleaded guilty to felony assault in that case.

Las Vegas Metro Police and a rep for Brown did not immediately return The Hollywood Reporter’s request for comment.
