Verizon revives 2GB bonus data every month promo
You can take a gander who Verizon is referring to. Because the USA network operator is bringing back its popular 24 GB of free data each year promo users’ way. Verizon says this deal is valid forever if you sign up, but has not said when the promo will be over. It’s available to users on Verizon’s XL plan (which includes 12 GB of data for $80 a month) or its XXL plan (18 GB of data for $100 a month). A family of four would be entitled to have 8 GB of shareable data per month. Thanks to the promo this becomes 14 GB each month. One such strategy is offering an additional serving of data per month, something that Verizon is doing once again. Verizon will allow up to ten lines on these plans.
Ever since carriers have redefined what the word “unlimited” means in their data plans, they have been scrambling to restore some consumer faith and offer subscribers more of that data, without getting into shaky unlimited territory. This translates to a cool 96 GB of shared data for an entire year. The company originally revealed this deal in December. And while customer service and network reports generally support Verizon’s claim of superior performance, that may not be enough for customers exhausted of paying a lot for data. Alternately, the extra data can go towards making 150 high bandwidth video calls or navigating on Google Maps for up to 34 hours.
It should be noted that the free data offer extends only to smartphones, as tablets and other connected devices are not eligible to receive the free data.
