‘Versailles’ daughter died of accidental overdose

Ms Siegel was the daughter of David and Jackie Siegel, stars of 2012 reality show The Queen of Versailles.

People magazine reports that Victoria died of “acute methadone and sertraline toxicity”. The examination found significant concentration of both drugs.

A message left with the attorney seeking comment on the autopsy’s release was not immediately returned.

Ms Nebab defended the Siegels against critics who have cast harsh judgment on the couple’s “no rules” approach to parenting and Jackie’s own admission that her house is so large that sometimes she can ‘go for days without seeing some kids.’.
