Video Captures Fatal Crash Involving Newtown HS Grad Caitlyn Jenner

Caitlyn Jenner could face some jail time following the emergence of a new footage from the Malibu auto crash back in February which left one person dead and four cars destroyed. The raw video showed that the incident was recorded from two different angles.

A Hummer crashed into the white Lexus as a result of it being hit. After Howe’s auto spun out into the next lane into oncoming traffic, she collided head-on with driver Peter Wolf Millesi’s black Hummer and died from the impact.

As for Jenner’s black Cadillac, which was seen pulling a huge trailer with what looks like a jeepney, also lost control as it continued to move forward and crash against another vehicle, a black Prius, which was seen earlier as the auto in front of Howe.

Jenner is now being sued for wrongful death by Howe’s family members and by Jessica Steindorff, the driver of the Prius.

Caitlyn Jenner is scheduled to be honored next week with the Arthur Ashe Courage Award during the ESPY Awards ceremony at the Microsoft Theatre at L.A. Live in recognition of her decision to go public with her gender-identity change.

“Ms. Jenner has refused to accept responsibility for causing this collision”, the filing continues.

At the moment, no charges has been filed by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and the investigation is said to still be ongoing.
