Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a new decree that extends the scope of sanctions against companies operated by Turkish nationals in Russia.

“We made a decision to show a copy to people in the presidential administration and they liked it so much they asked us for copies”, said Anton Volodin, who declined to comment on whether he was any relation to Vyacheslav Volodin.

The tome should hit Russian bookstores in January priced at 800 roubles ($15.31).

A state-run corporation will replace Roscosmos effective Friday, Jan. 1, 2016, according to the Russian news agency TASS. In an accompanying letter, Mr Volodin says the book should be seen as a guide to the Kremlin’s “values and guiding principles”.
