Walmart in New Orleans evacuated after armed robbery
Update: Around 9:30 a.m. Saturday, police said that all employees are out of the store and SWAT preparing to search the location. Police linked the incident to a possible armed robbery.
The gunman entered the Wal-Mart a little after 6 a.m.
The department spokesperson added that no shots were fired or individuals injured. WWLTV.com A SWAT team searched the store.
According to police, the suspect fled the store through a fire exit and did not rob the business.

Police said the man entered through the front entrance, then turned toward the customer service desk before running through the deli section. Detectives obtained still photographs and surveillance video of the suspect.
