Warriors blow out Lakers in comfortable win
– The Warriors reassigned rookie forward Kevon Looney to the Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA Development League.
The Warriors put their overwhelming firepower on display in a 109-88 win against the lowly Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday. The Lakers also had their three-game win streak halted.
The Warriors shot 46.5 percent, 43.3 percent (13 of 30) from beyond the arc.
“Our guys are playing with a lot of confidence, sharing the ball, playing together, competing and that’s part of the process that we’ve been talking about”, coach Byron Scott said.
This game was a no-brainer for the Warriors pretty much from the start.
