Warriors Finally Beat The Bucks – Record Improves To 26-1!
And they finally got it, but they had to earn it.
Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors got revenge on the Milwaukee Bucks last night.
Draymond Green woke up the Warriors from their slumber and sparked a 121-112 comeback win against the Milwaukee Bucks.
The Toronto Raptors downed the Miami Heat 108-94 after DeMar DeRozan scored 30 points and Kyle Lowry added 21, while Andrew Wiggins had 32 points, 10 rebounds and six assists to lift the Minnesota Twins 99-95 over the Sacramento Kings. But Milwaukee responded and settled things down out of a timeout as Michael Carter-Williams made a couple of baskets to earn the Bucks an eight point advantage heading into the fourth.
Monroe, who went through part of shootaround and warm-ups, had 28 points and 11 rebounds when he last played in Saturday’s win against the Warriors. Klay Thompson activated robot mode in the third quarter, scoring 27 of his game high 43 points.
Golden State fans showed they can get into the T-shirt message game, too. That wasn’t lost on an Oakland, Calif., company ahead of the Bucks’ game against the Golden State Warriors Friday night, who chose to retaliate for a certain T-shirt printed in Milwaukee last week.
“I told (Green) he’s a heck of a player, but at the end of the day, that’s my teammate”, Mayo told the media of the spat, via ESPN.
Thompson, who improved on his prior season-best of 39 at IN eight days ago, was playing just his second game since spraining his right ankle late IN that win over the Pacers. “I think now we can settle in more to the season”. “We use our length on the defensive end and on the offensive end and we try to make it as tough as possible for them”.
“I know Steph (Curry) is mad”.
We can’t believe we’re saying this, but…We can’t wait to see this game tonight! “We’ve just got to keep working on it, keep trusting our coaches and keep having faith in each other”.
That arrived on the final stop of a seven-game road trip Saturday, less than 24 hours after Golden State needed two overtimes to beat the Celtics in Boston. Backup center Miles Plumlee also played well with 13 points, seven rebounds and three blocks in 19 minutes. “The Warriors’ first loss of the season downgrades their actual rating by a full point, but they remain well above the rest of the league (with one exception)”.
“They took the time out to waste money on the T-shirt, which is cool”, Kidd said.
They played solid defense through three quarters as well.
