Wasteland 2 Director’s Cut – Welcome to the Wasteland trailer teases new gameplay
Game developers, Deep Silver and inXile Entertainment, have reportedly rolled out a new trailer for Wasteland 2: Director’s Cut. The game is also said to include improved gameplay and several new features such as Precision Strike and Perk & Traits.
What does the Director’s Cut include that wasn’t in the original game, other than the fact it’s on console now? What this means is that inXile totally redid all of their environments, character models, lighting, and more to properly utilize next-generation hardware.
The enhanced version of the 2014 role-playing game is set to arrive on October 13 in the Americas and October 16 elsewhere for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
“Welcome to the Wasteland” starts off with a live action storytelling of life after the end of the world. The game offers better graphics, expanded voice-overs and a multitude of enhancements to gameplay, meaning that the post-apocalyptic RPG will look better than ever on the current-gen of consoles.
There are only about 3 weeks left until the release of Wasteland 2 Director’s Cut, which can mean only one thing – it’s time for some trailers!
