Watch All The Marvel Netflix Trailers That Debuted At SDCC
For those of us not lucky enough to be present at Comic-Con, Netflix added the teaser to YouTube so we can all enjoy it. Check it out below.
There aren’t any characters in the teaser and no real setting.
Welcome one and all to San Diego Comic Con 2016, kicking off this year with a trailer for Marvel‘s Luke Cage.
Judging from the footage included, Iron Fist may be more of an origin story than Daredevil, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage, unless many of these scenes take place in flashback sequences.
In addition to the Luke Cage announcement, Netflix indicated that a third season of Daredevil is in the works.
The last teaser trailer that the comic behemoth unveiled at the event features The Defenders.
Specifically, you can see in here a first look at Finn Jones (Loras Tyrell from “Game of Thrones”) as Danny Rand, a man with a hard past who finds himself through training and special abilities that have to do with martial arts.
The trailer of The Defenders revealed that the show is set for release in 2017.
Stay tuned for more news about Iron Fist, The Defenders, and when we might actually get to see the series land on Netflix. He ends up a fugitive trying to rebuild his life in Harlem, but is pulled out of the shadows to battle a new threat to his city, while also confronting the demons of his past. If it follows Netflix’s previous schedule for its Marvel shows, a spring release looks likely.
The brand-new season of “Daredevil” will reportedly contain a myriad of new changes including some changes to its cast.
Are you excited for Iron Fist? It is a TV show coming next year on Netflix that will be boasting the superheroes Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, and Luke Cage. Like Daredevil’s acrobatics or Jessica Jones’s unbridled strength, Cage has his own style of fighting – meant to show people what happens when they get in the way of an unstoppable force.
