Watch Belieber Diane Keaton meet Justin Bieber
This CD cover image released by Def Jam Records shows “Purpose”, the latest release by Justin Bieber. “Our objective in life is not for ourselves; it’s to help other people and to use our light and what God’s given us to just share that with the world”. So I was like, ‘Can I play you these songs?’ and he was like, ‘I wanna hear everything.’ To hear him say that, it stuck with me.
Ever since Justin Bieber, 21, and One Direction announced their albums would be released on the same day, November 13, the competition between the two has gotten pretty intense.
Among his most infamous non-musical moments, Bieber was caught racing a Lamborghini in Miami Beach while under the influence and without a license.
Because of what he went through, Bieber admitted that he came to the point when he was just “rebelling against everybody and everything, and being a normal 19-year-old”.
And just how sorry is Bieber?
“It’s alien, it’s foreign, it doesn’t make any sense to us”. With two smash hits in “What do you mean?’ and ‘Sorry”, Justin is truly back with a bang. Bieber’s breathy track “Children” consists of unlikely, if unspecific, social activism as he sings, “What about the children?”
We can all sleep better now.
And Bieber’s reflective tone does not necessarily mean he has changed his ways. “It showed a human side to me that just showed growth”. One of these albums looks into the future, and the other looks into the past; the direction of their gazes is governed by the market pressures being levied on them both.
Fans eager for an early taste of the album they’re buying have a much better idea of what to expect from One Direction’s offering, with seven songs available for purchase (or a pre-order instant grat).
United Kingdom pop sensation One Direction’s “Made in the A.M.” is their first album without Zayn Malik.
