Watch Obama Sing Happy Birthday To His Daughter
President Barack Obama took the mic at the White House Fourth of July party Monday to sing “Happy Birthday” to his eldest daughter, Malia Obama.
It turned out that his final Independence Day celebrations in office happened to fall on his daughter Malia’s 18th birthday. “These two I’ve gotten a chance to know and they’re both awesome artists and talented and popular and doing great things”, he said.
Yup, POTUS himself took the stage to sing a little “Happy Birthday” tune to his oldest daughter after making a small speech for his baby girl.
While he was singing, Malia came on stage to hug her father.
Lamar also mocked the censorship of his songs at the show by changing all alcohol references to innocent soda drinks such as lemonade in his hit track Swimming Pools. And they put in a lot of time and effort on behalf of a lot of causes that are important.
He was quickly joined by the rest of the crowd – hundreds of war veterans who had been invited to the presidential residence for a barbecue – as Monae waved her hands like a conductor. Guests were treated to performances by rapper Kendrick Lamar and singer Janelle Monae, and the night concluded with a spectacular fireworks display. “And it involves us recognising that there are still people in this country who are going hungry – and they’re not free because of that.fight for our freedom every single day”. “We don’t want you to leave”, ABC News reported.
