Minaj took to her Twitter account on Thursday to promote the “Back Together” video, describing Thicke as “a lot of fun” and “very playful” in the studio.

Robin Thicke appears to be ready for a (much needed) comeback, and he’s enlisted the help of Nicki Minaj to do it.

Thicke, the son of “Growing Pains” star Alan Thicke, says he coped with the divorce and the lawsuit by taking time off and going on a “magical trip” with his son, Julian, and mom, the singer Gloria Loring.

The Max Martin-produced “Back Together” is on Thicke’s forthcoming eighth album.
