[WATCH] The First 4 Minutes of ‘The Walking Dead’ Mid-Season Premiere
They turn out to be muscle employed by “Walking Dead” big bad Negan, a particularly brutal character as written in the comic books on which the series is based.
Indeed, following a very long hiatus, The Walking Dead Season 6 returns with new episodes on Sunday, February 14.
But for fans hoping for more details on Negan and his plans for the survivors, you’ll just have to wait. The season will air in two parts, with seven episodes in the spring and the last eight airing later this year.

Naïve schmoes who should already be zombie chow could benefit from the survival skills of Rick and his cutthroat crew, who in turn would get the opportunity to pull out of their recession into barbarism. And if you don’t believe us, AMC have just launched a clip with the first four minutes of the opening scene for all you eager beavers. “But I told you not to ask any questions”. But on top of that, the season six finale promises to be absolutely gut wrenching and incredible.
Goldenboy Glenn (Steven Yeun) is still alive, though he and Maggie (Lauren Cohan) have yet to reunite. If you’ve read the comics, you’re thinking the same thing-don’t deny it.
