WE PRAY: Kim Zolciak Reportedly Suffering From “Underlying Heart Issue”
Kim Zolciak said she hoped her stint in “Dancing With The Stars” Season 21 will not be affected by her medical emergency and that the stroke she suffered will not make her bid farewell to dancing.
“I want to thank everyone for their love and support over the past few days”, the 37-year old Dancing With The Stars contestant said in an official statement.
The reality star temporarily lost her speech and the left side of body was completely numb, but she thanked her husband and eldest daughter for their quick reactions to her health scare.
It remains to be seen whether Kim Zolciak and Tony Dovolani will be performing on Monday night’s episode of Dancing with the Stars.
Zolciak is a singer and reality star who started on “Real Housewives of Atlanta”, then got her own show “Don’t Be Tardy”.
Kim was determined to stay in the competition but was forced by Dancing With The Stars to withdraw on Monday night. Her stroke revealed a serious heart condition that had gone undetected until now.
Kim Zolciak promoted a teeth whitening system on Instagram prior to the stroke.
“It was the scariest thing I’ve ever been through in my life”, Zolciak shared on rehearsal footage. MStars News previously reported, that the mother of six was on her way home back to Atlanta from Los Angeles last week when she had a transient ischemic attack. “I am so happy she listened to the doctors”, he said. Although he is always dancing around the room lol he keeps me smiling! Although Tony did the routine with one of the troupe dancers, Tom Bergeron announced that rules required Kim to withdraw from the competition, so she is out for good.
Continuing along her read, the talk show maven addressed Kim directly, saying, “f you did have a mini stroke, I’m sorry to hear about that”.
Due to the incident, it was speculated that Zolciak would not be coming back to compete for the Mirror Ball trophy.
Speaking via FaceTime, Biermann made it clear she felt well enough to dance, but was not cleared to fly for another week.
