Weather: Forecasters expecting average, sunny day

High pressure building in from the west will keep our weather dry and warm again today with seasonably warm temps, clear skies and light winds.

Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 47. South wind around 8 miles per hour.

Friday will also bring a slight chance of showers in the morning and early afternoon with highs again mainly in the mid 60s. Sunday will be partly sunny with a high of just 51 degrees. West wind 8 to 10 miles per hour.

Tonight Mostly clear, with a low around 36. Low 55. Calm wind. New precipitation amounts of less than a 10th of an inch possible. Massena and Ogdensburg are looking at a 40 percent chance of showers.

Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 62. Northwest wind 7 to 9 miles per hour.

As far as precipitation in Sacramento is concerned, the weather service is calling for only a 20 percent chance of a few sprinkles on Saturday night. Partly cloudy, with a low around 49. North, northeast wind 10 to 15 miles per hour increasing to 16 to 21 miles per hour in the evening.
