‘Wedding Pullav’ has no similarities to ‘Mere Yaar…’: Actors
“Mumbai: Highway” star Alia Bhatt, who earlier launched the trailer of her childhood friend Anushka Ranjan’s debut film “Wedding Pulav”, says the budding actress is like a dream in the forthcoming romantic comedy. The movie is directed by Binod Pradhan and produced by Shashi Ranjan and Anu Ranjan and produced under the production company Eros worldwide, GR8 Entertainment. This film is filled with various twists, suspense and comedy. The film has been released on 16th October 2015 worldwide.
Actors of Binod Pradhan’s “Wedding Pullav” have dismissed any similarities with Yash Raj Films’ “Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai”. Let us see how the film was.
Diganth primarily worked in Kannada Cinema and now he is going to start career in Bollywood.
Anushka said she is “nervous”, but hopes that people are going to like the movie. It even explains a title card in the beginning of the film that reads “Special costumes for Anushka”, at which point I assumed Anushka Sharma would be making a special appearance. Only the Thailand resort manager Luv (Rishi Kapoor) manages to guess their mutual feelings, and by the time everybody else cottons on, it’s time to bring on the other clichés of the genre – the tears and the showdowns, the pre-nuptials jitters, and the grand reunion just before it’s too late.
The lead actors – debutante Anushka and Diganth – stutter through their performances, and a coterie of character actors mouth mindless lines and act out ridiculous situations as if they are sleepwalking. The film is set to release on 16th October 2015.
His screen play and direction is worth watching and Anushka Ranjan and Diganth acted very well. Rishi Kapoor plated an important role and it would be seen in theaters itself.
Story: The story of this film revolves around three friends Anushka aka Lambu, essayed by Anushka Ranjan and Aditya, played by the Diganth Manchale are best friends from longtime.
Salim-Suliaman music is really big highlight for this film. Overall movie is nice.
