Wednesday speech could clarify Trump’s immigration policy
Trump has so far been badly outspent by his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton, and groups supporting her candidacy.

In recent days, however, Trump appeared to shift once again. Instead, he talks of requiring “extreme vetting” of immigrants from areas where terrorism is rampant, presumably stiffening the lengthy checks now being made.
Trump said his first priority on taking office next January would be the immediate deportation of thousands of undocumented immigrants who remain in the United States despite having committed crimes. “They have to go”, he told NBC’s Meet The Press in August 2015, suggesting creation of a “deportation force” that could remove them all in within two years.
Hillary Clinton is rolling out a comprehensive plan to address millions of Americans coping with mental illness. That he does not know his position or can not make up his mind underscores how fraudulent his campaign harping on the issue has been.

On Twitter, Cooper joked that he was “dead” because Trump quoted him on Clinton, and – taking a jab at other journalists working for the campaign – added, “aw, dang it…guess I’m a Trump consultant now too”. Their conclusion might determine if he can give Clinton a run for her money in the campaign’s home stretch.
Trumps first tweet about the shooting ended this way: Just what I have been saying. The official said it’s not credible to claim every Republican is like Trump, but that Clinton’s framing the billionaire real estate developer as an anomaly fuels the argument that Republican candidates who support him are putting party over country. But for critics, many already disposed to vote against him, his wavering on what has been his signature issue seems like a warning that he’s unable to handle a central element of any president’s job – making decisions.
The first presidential debate is set for September 26.
