What The … Starbucks Has A Pumpkin Spice Secret Society

The beginning of October means many things: darker mornings, tacky Halloween decorations springing up everywhere, and the return of Starbucks’ much loved Pumpkin Spice Latte. Enter the Orange Sleeve Society, a “secret” “society” for the most committed PSL drinkers. It’s a mysterious club created by Starbucks.

At the end of September, Pumpkin Spice Latte’s Twitter account gave directions how to get an exclusive PSL sleeve.

While we’d like to be all cool and pretend we don’t want to be part of their stupid group, we kind of do, dammit. The link will lead you to a page that says, “You’ve Been Invited To Join The Orange Sleeve Society”. (There’s no report of whether or not involvement is predicated on “PSL”-based hazing rituals.) And if you can’t get your hands on any Starbucks-branded accessories for fall, maybe you’d prefer something Simpsons themed?”

Furthermore, this year’s Pumpkin Spice lovers will have another reason to celebrate – the hot beverage has a changed recipe that now has actual pumpkin mixed into the drink.
