White House takes case on guns to still haunted communities

The president shed tears at one moment when speaking about innocent victims of gun violence.

Obama laid out executive action he is taking to require more gun sellers to get licenses and more gun buyers to undergo background checks.

This isn’t the first time Obama orders executive actions on guns.
