Who do you think will win X Factor 2015?
If Johnson prevails, she will become the first winning act for mentor Rita Ora, who jumped ship from BBC show The Voice this year, while Reggie “N” Bollie would become Cheryl Fernandez-Versini’s third winning act after Alexandra Burke and Joe McElderry.
Earlier, the contestants had made their entrances with statements of intent as they showed off their vocal abilities.
Louisa Johnson, Che Chesterman and Reggie n Bollie all performed three times including a special celebrity duet.
Ché Chesterman is believed to be singing In The Air Tonight byPhil Collins, Valerie by Mark Ronson Ft. And I could listen to Che sing for the rest of my life.
The unlikely mix certainly brought a high-energy, carnival vibe and the crowd went wild for it, barely letting the judges get a word in afterwards.
The night seemed particularly focused on bringing back some of the show’s own success stories (and Ben Haenow); Leona Lewis belting out her cover of Snow Patrol’s “Run”, and both Little Mix and Fleur East teaming up for a distinctly Moulin Rouge-esque performance. But who do you think will win? “An angel who came to Wembley and sang the roof off. What can I say, 17, unbelievable talent”, said Simon.
For the acts’ second performances, they were joined by some big names.
Ora’s last girl standing, Johnson will taking on Christina Aguilera’s Fighter as well as I Believe I Can Fly by R Kelly.
An X Factor spokesman said: “Louisa has been sick and was ordered on voice rest, so her homecoming performance unfortunately had to be cancelled at the last moment”.
As we have witnessed over the past several weeks, Reggie N Bollie don’t have great vocal abilities, and anyone who is a fan of theirs has to agree that they aren’t singers, but they aren’t rappers either, so where do they sit?
Tune into The X Factor Final on ITV from 8pm on 12 December with the finalists performing their two songs, including a duet with a famous singer, before one act is evicted.
