However, the two will still have to deal with the threat of the FBI. Episode 3 is titled Eli Matchett, where Red and Liz take a detour to defeat the cabal and Tom Keen returns to help his ex-wife.

Marno, who joined the show in season two, praises the writers for switching things up from the two previous seasons and providing something of a “Blacklist reboot” for season three. “He said, “[The writers have] done a pretty great job of busting open the war room and busting open the established structure of the show, and all bets are off. Everybody’s going a little rogue. “This season, everyone’s all over the place”.
