Why Does Floyd Mayweather Have A Pet Tiger?

Well, if you’re one of Floyd Mayweather’s friends, there’s not much point in getting him a nice watch or a flash auto or a semi-decent opponent.

What do you really get the man who has everything?

“Money” earned £462million from fights during his illustrious career and has continued to live his lavish and extravagant lifestyle since he called it a day.

A photograph shows him sitting at the top of a marble staircase, with the tiger restrained on a leash and lying down nearby.

But in lieu of potential names for the animal, some of his fans responded by questioning the ethics of owning a tiger.

“Floyd Mayweather can have anything he wants, and what he should want is an end to the wild animal trade, not to be a facilitator of it”, said a PETA spokeswoman.

“I want to thank my family @themoneyteamrussia here in Moscow, Russia for the hospitality & my early Christmas present, a rare & exotic tiger from India”.

If Mayweather does successfully keep the jungle cat as his new pal, he is looking for help finding a name for the two-month old female Indian Tiger cub.

Mayweather, who was recently pictured at an National Basketball Association clash with UFC star Ronda Rousey’s nemesis Holly Holm, was sat alongside Brooklyn Nets CEO Brett Yormak. They play a huge part in their ecosystem.
