Why this weird Wisconsin fumble ended up back in the Badgers’ possession

On the ensuing offensive drive for Ohio State, J.T Barrett and the Buckeyes marched right down the field thanks to a 43 yard pass to Dontre Wilson.

The Hoosiers (3-3, 1-2) missed a chance to beat a top 10 for the first time since 1987.

Weber has only had two rushes for negative yards on 83 attempts.

Ohio State is still good enough to win the game, but they are going to get a great effort here from Wisconsin.

The Illini defense forced five turnovers, recovering four fumbles and getting the game-clinching return in the fourth quarter from Mosely, who also had a fumble recovery.

The Badgers’ offense, which had sputtered over its first two conference games, racked up 313 yards of total offense in that first half and had opportunities to extend the lead even further.
