Describing the creepy CGI baby, TMZ wrote: “Kanye West and Kim Kardashian‘s son has his mama’s eyes and his daddy’s nose and cheeks”.

“Kim is so hands-on, but also has nurses and baby nurses around the clock”.

A source said: “She had a really tough birth because of the issues with her placenta”.

Kim has suffered from placenta accreta, where the placenta does not detach from the womb after birth, and previously recalled how it affected her birth when she welcomed her first child. “So I feel confident obviously that we’ll figure it out”. Kim Kardashian said the procedure was more painful than childbirth.
