The internet was nearly instantly abuzz with heady theories regarding Rory’s (Alexis Bledel) love life, what creator Amy Sherman-Palladino’s infamous last four words for the series will be, and deep analyses of the recently released trailers.

While many Netflix original series see initial release on the streaming network, it’s usually not long before they become available for purchase on the iTunes store. The highly anticipated Gilmore Girls revival is about to launch on Netflix, and the show’s fans are basically counting down the minutes until Rory Gilmore (Alexis Bledel), Lorelai Gilmore (Lauren Graham) and the rest of the Stars Hollow gang return for new episodes. “I think that Warner Brothers was a little loath to do it”. “It’s my favorite part of this show”, Graham said.

While it starts rolling the Christmas movies just after Halloween, Up will re-air season one of Gilmore Girls Nov. 28, envisioning a hungry new audience that found the show on Netflix over the Thanksgiving break.
