William, Kate bring young prince, princess on Canada trip
Aside from breaking traditions, Kate Middleton and Prince William are also slammed for their lavish lifestyles, not to mention their apparent laziness when it comes to fulfilling their royal obligations and responsibilities.
Will and Kate have a busy schedule of outdoorsy, charity and photogenic engagements in B.C. and in Yukon, but George and Charlotte will remain in Victoria (the quaintly English capital of British Columbia, named for their regal ancestor) at Government House with their nanny, Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo.
Middleton has obviously made plenty of royal visits and around-the-world trips with her husband, Prince William, but this trip to the Netherlands is, in fact, a solo one. Now, they will get a glimpse of the couple’s young children, Charlotte and George, as they travel overseas for the first time as a family of four.

More star power has been added to the royal visit to Vancouver on Sunday, after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced plans to accompany the the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge through the city.
The official welcome will feature full military honours, including a 21-gun salute, the raising of His Royal Highness’s Canadian Standard, and an inspection of the Guard of Honour. Kate knows this and that’s why she’s expecting a team of assistants to serve her hand and foot while they are in Canada.
The trip is Prince William’s second to the Pacific Coast province of British Columbia.

During her trip, the Duchess will also host a roundtable discussion at non-profit research and knowledge center The Trimbos Institute on addiction, family and mental health with the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families and Action on Addiction.
“The lights of the B.C. legislature building are there because they were lit for the diamond jubilee of Queen Victoria and they’ve been burning ever since”, she said of the site’s significance.
There, the PM will meet with a government-assisted refugee family from Syria. They will tour the Great Bear Rainforest by float plane, be welcomed by First Nation communities and watch a volleyball demonstration.
