Winter storm warning downgraded across New Jersey
Television video from near the scene showed the bus on its side off the right shoulder of the highway.

Although southeast Missouri saw little more than flurries on Monday, the real news for the region weather-wise is the cold temperatures that will be sticking around the area through at least the beginning of next week.
Monday’s snowfall isn’t the only issue for the week.
Concord, New Hampshire, has had just 17 inches so far this season. It is the second winter storm in four days to hit the Northeast.
“We’ll have a high in the upper teens with wind”.
Earlier forecasts called for only pockets of moderate flooding.
Waves splashing over seawalls were being reported in communities south of Boston even before high tide.
The storm is trending west, so the predicted impact to CT is subject to change.
All departing flights out of Bangor International Airport were running as scheduled early Monday while the Portland Jetport reported a handful of cancellations.
After that, a wave of frigid air will be sweeping into New Jersey.

In addition to the storm warnings and advisories, a coastal flood warning remains in effect for all coastal areas from Middlesex County down to Cape May County through noon on Tuesday. Some minor splash over and beach erosion possible in these areas.
A winter weather advisory means periods of snow will cause travel difficulties, and cautions drivers to be prepared for slippery roads and reduced visibility.
In terms of accumulation, snow will likely be limited to a quarter of an inch to an inch for higher elevations across western North Carolina.
NWS’s Morristown weather field office issued a winter weather advisory for the northern Cumberland Plateau, including Scott, Campbell and Morgan counties, for up to two inches of snow, with locally higher amounts possible. The bulk of the storm is missing us, but we’re still getting brushed with snow. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 7. Vineyard Haven and Nantucket * hazard types…heavy wet snow and strong winds may result in down tree limbs and possible power outages. Mostly cloudy, with a low around -6.
A winter storm watch is in place in Rhode Island and eastern MA for the storm, which will also bring snow to eastern Long Island.
Winds will have sustained speeds of 15-25 miles per hour with gusts reaching 30-35 miles per hour. Total precipitation: 3.8 inches of snow.
Snow is expected to form tonight, creating a potentially messy Monday morning commute.
According to KDKA-TV Meteorologist Ron Smiley, Pittsburgh can expect to see about 2-4 inches of falling snow with 2-3 inches of accumulation.
