With college aid plan stalled in Congress, Obama looks to the states
$5 million to Los Rios Community College District in Sacramento, CA “to establish an apprenticeship model in Northern, Calif., where none now exists” and improve advanced manufacturing coursework at the college. Together, the two colleges will develop the Michigan Apprenticeship Program Plus (MAP+) program.
