She calls Donald Trump a xenophobic racist loudmouth but says Hillary Clinton has supported wars that kill black and brown people.
“I will have trouble sleeping at night if Donald Trump is elected”, Stein said.
Stein is a physician and environmental activist but has years of experience running for office. She was the Green Party’s 2012 presidential nominee.
Her party platform focuses on environmentally friendly jobs, campaign finance reform, and tax increases for the wealthy.
Stein clarified her GMO moratorium proposal, telling CNN [Aug 17] that it would apply to “new [GMOs] being introduced into our ecosystems. until independent research free from industry influence shows decisively that GMOs are not harmful”.
“I do have serious questions about Hillary’s judgment, her safeguarding of national security information and above all, her trustworthiness in the job where she will have her finger on the button”, Stein continued. So, we are saying, if countries are in violation of global law and human rights, as Israel is for its occupations, its home demolitions, its assassinations and so on, that we will not support you.
The Harvard graduate also took a shot at the 15-year “War on Terror”.
The Green Party has enjoyed a publicity boost in the wake of Sen. Green Party candidate Jill Stein, who has twice lost in Massachusetts’ gubernatorial race, is after Bernie Sanders supporters. “And it’s clear, Hillary does not represent what you were working for”, Stein said.
Jill Stein has a message to Israel: You’re not that special. But “Libertarianism is a very amorphous category”, he said, making it hard to predict Johnson’s success, or lack thereof. “It’s hoping third-and-fourth-party candidates are going to magically change the equation”.
