Woman charged with public indecency at Waffle House
Jennifer Nicholson allegedly punched the woman in the face and smashed a window when she went on a rampage and threw platters around the diner in Kennesaw, Georgia.
“The accused stripped off all of her clothes off in front of Waffle House staff and patrons during a suspected excited delirium state”, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported, per the arrest warrant.
The incident took place Friday night on George Busbee Parkway in Kennesaw.
Jennie Box told the station Nicholson grabbed her and then punched her.
Police said they restrained Nicholson with a stun gun. “She broke my nose, broke my glasses, and my phone went flying out of my hand”. Police also say she threw plates at customers and a police officer inside the restaurant on January 8.
Police used a stun gun on Nicholson and even after that police said she resisted arrest.
When officers arrived on the scene, Nicholson made it clear she wasn’t going down without a fight, as she threw a platter at one officer and scratched the chin of another. Nicholson, who was being held without bond at the Cobb County jail, is facing multiple charges including aggravated battery, public indecency and criminal damage to property.
