WWE Monday Night Raw 10
The October 5, 2015 episode of WWE’s Monday Night Raw will emanate live from the TD Garden in Boston and will feature an appearance by Brock Lesnar to finally build to his match with The Undertaker at Hell in a Cell on Sunday, October 25. This past Saturday, Lesnar took some time to make sure that Big Show was a victim on his “Go To Hell Tour”, and now there is even a big angle rumored to be happening tonight on Monday Night RAW, but what?
Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker had their highly-anticipated rematch at SummerSlam earlier this year after Lesnar famously ended Taker’s undefeated streak at WrestleMania 30 last year. He would be a part of things on WWE Network, but not necessarily on television for the company, but that has since changed. Lesnar fought back with new energy.
Big Show interrupted and said he hoped Undertaker beats Brock at Hell in a Cell, so Brock belly-to-belly suplexed and F-5’d him. Corporate Kane was re-injured during the match and taken to the back. Demon Kane came out and attacked Rollins before getting 3D’d. He says he realized that he’s not “dead man enough to get revenge on Brock Lesnar”.
Renee Young interviewed Charlotte in the back and the Divas Champ said she will be ready for her match at Hell in a Cell. She then had a video tribute play for him.
Main Event – United States Championship Open Challenge, John Cena vs Big E Langston: Dolph Ziggler’s music hit, but after sometime he was dragged out by The New Day. No longer would The Showoff be challenging for Cena’s title; it would be Big E-a former intercontinental champion in his own right. Ziggler hit the ring and fought off The New Day, but accidentally super kicked Cena as he came to his aid. Roman Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt inside Hell in a Cell was created last week as well. It’s a good thing the Boston crowd was so quiet because it meant we got to listen to him talk all throughout the match, giving us such gems as “that was three” on a one count, “that was three again” on the next one count, and “nice try” during the finish and ensuing pinfall.
Emasculation: Unless The New Day are turning face soon, I don’t understand the point of having Stephanie McMahon smack them down in a backstage segment just to announce the booking of a title match at Hell in a Cell.
