WWE Tough Enough- final four contestants revealed
Tonight at 8 p.m. ET, the WWE presents Tough Enough as Season 6 continues with its penultimate episode, which is the ninth of the season.
Tonight, the contestants had to come up with a finisher. This was despite her arguably being the worst of the remaining women.
The cast is assigned finishers, and Sara Lee is given an armbar, wherein she outperforms Lita, who demonstrated it. Tanner is given a cross body off the top rope, but needs to work on his facial expressions. He was disappointed, but didn’t look that surprised that he was eliminated. He’s been asking me to come to his gym since I got on the show. Sara brushed it off as Amanda trying to get in her head, but Paige wasn’t convinced. He’s nowhere near The Miz in terms of entertainment, but he has come into his own as a host.
Tanner had a background in MMA and was clearly the best athlete on the show from the beginning. We now have our final four for the finale.
However, Amanda would go onto impress the judges last week when she had her first real match. If Bryan used the save, it would have meant that ZZ would have been eliminated due to having a lower vote total than Josh. Josh’s popularity has grown a lot because he is so active on social media and comes off as the nicest person on the show. ZZ says he hasn’t won anything, but he hasn’t lost everything. They spent the majority of Tough Talk ripping into him, too. There was no rhyme or reason as to why this was brought up on the show. Josh and Tanner are frustrated with ZZ’s success, considering he hasn’t put in the work. Josh and Zamariah are the final 2 men and Sara Lee and Amanda are the final 2 women left in Tough Enough’s roster.
Neither Cesaro or Alicia is probably much of a draw for a show that again dipped below one million viewers in the ratings this week, but maybe actual wrestling will do what no one short of John Cena has been able to…get people to stay tuned in to Tough Enough. It gives me more confidence and I can show my charisma to the audience and the coaches.
What did you think of this week’s episode?
