Xiaomi Michigan 4C’s Selfie Cam Compared To The One On iPhone 6
According to GSM Arena, Xiaomi has been testing few devices with Microsoft’s Windows 10 mobile platform, including its flagship Xiaomi Mi 4 and the upcoming tablet Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 which suggests that a Windows 10 based Xiaomi Mi Pad might debut on Xiaomi’s scheduled event. According to previous leaks, the Michigan 4c will be the first smartphone from Xiaomi to feature a new USB Type-C port. Now, the company’s co-founder and president, Lin Bin has confirmed that the Xiaomi Michigan 4c will indeed arrive with a USB Type-C port, as well as support the common Micro-USB connector. The another post added that the Michigan 4c will feature improved data connectivity, with 20 percent faster download speeds. Xiaomi has just mentioned that the Michigan 4c smartphone will be packing a six-core Snapdragon 808 processor underneath as well as a 5MP front camera, while keeping the rest of the specs a secret at this point. In his post, Bin also stressed that the Michigan 4c lasted for a whole day and was at 40 percent charge the next day.
Interestingly, a selfie shot taken with the Xiaomi Mi4c gets flat out compared with an image snapped by the iPhone 6 in order to show us that the former is able to cover more area.
Earlier rumours have hinted at the purported Michigan 4 successor with 5-inch HD display to come in two storage options and RAM variants. He also confirmed that the handset will be available in a pink color variant.
With the new MIUI 7 Android skin recently launched, Xiaomi Michigan 4c will bring in it the tap to wake the screen feature. The company’s co-founders have already confirmed that this phone will be named “Mi 4C”, and have also shared quite a few images of the device sharing its capabilities. The Xiaomi Michigan 4c will be initially released in China during the first week of October, followed by a roll out to other regions. A 13-megapixel rear camera is listed on a leaked retail box as well alongside a 5-megapixel front camera.
