Xiaomi Redmi Note Prime gets a price cut
The Redmi Note Prime is Xiaomi’s second smartphone to be “Made In India” and went on sale on December 2015. If you’d prefer the Xiaomi Mi 4i 16GB version the price cut brings it down to Rs. 9,999, also a saving of Rs. 2,000. These smartphones will be available to purchase on Amazon India. The Xiaomi Redmi Note Prime has a Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 chipset with a quad-core Cortex A53 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, an Adreno 306 graphics card and 2GB of RAM.
Mi India has announced that Redmi Note Prime is now available for Rs 7,999 exclusively on Amazon.in and Mi.com, down from the original launch price of Rs 8,499. Along with this, the Chinese giant has also slashed the price of Xiaomi Mi4 and Mi 4i smartphones as part of the Mi Week starting from February 16. The price has been reduced under Xiaomi Mi Week. The smartphone has a 13-megapixel rear camera sensor with an LED flash and a 5-megapixel front camera sensor. The above hardware is powered by a 3100mAh battery under the hood. For connectivity options it has dual-SIM card slots, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, LTE support, Bluetooth 4.1, and Global Positioning System.
