“Yo-Kai Watch” Gets a Nintendo 2DS Bundle in North America

In addition to handling the overseas publishing, they’re also launching a new 2DS bundle next month on November 6, clearly aimed at a younger audience that may not have a device yet.

For those that do not know, Yo-kai Watch is a game developed by Level-5, the developer of the Professor Layton and Ni No Kuni games.

Considering the game itself would set you back $40, that’s a pretty damn good bundle deal. Nintendo announced a package that includes the 2DS portable with a copy of Yo-Kai Watch pre-installed, priced at $99.99. The bundle will retail for $99.99 when it hits store shelves on November 6. People will be able to immediately boot the Nintendo 2DS up and start playing the game. The system is created to give first-time players an accessible entry point into the exciting world of Nintendo hand-held video games, and YO-KAI WATCH makes for a great pairing.

Yo-kai Watch features more than 200 Yo-kai (ghost-like creatures that inhabit our world), each with their own unique skills and characteristics.
